Our Packaging Is Now 100 Percent Recyclable

What changed

We replaced every expanded plastic insert with moulded paper pulp, switched to paper tape with a water activated adhesive, and moved the mixed material courier bag to a single polymer mono film that curbside recycling can process.

The numbers behind it

• 1.9 million plastic air pillows removed per year.
• Average parcel weight down by 84 grams, which cuts transport emissions.
• Box sizes reduced from 14 to 6, so fewer oversized shipments.

How you can help

Flatten the carton before putting it in the paper stream and drop the courier film at any soft plastic collection point. If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours - we replace the item and refund the shipping fee, no photographs of the packaging required.

Recyclable packaging is only half the job - it has to actually be recycled.
